Steve Bornick was born in Long Island, New York and graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Upon moving to Maine in 2003, Steve and his two children made Cape Elizabeth their home and have embraced the lovely community. He has served on the board of the Cape Elizabeth Education Foundation and coached kids’ soccer and lacrosse for many years. Having been a college 2-time All-American defenseman, Steve still remains active playing lacrosse in different leagues and tournaments across the country.
Steve’s career in real estate began over 30 years ago with an appreciation for building design and construction. The years included his positions as general manager and owner of different construction companies. He currently owns and operates Cape Construction Inc., a full-service construction and remodeling company. An associate broker in Maine for over 13 years, Steve has successfully developed land, purchased and sold multiple properties both privately and as a licensed Maine real estate agent.
It is Steve's passion to work with everyone involved in the projects which matured into the managing of a vacation rental business, Elegant Homes Property Management, LLC. His ability to create successful rapport on various levels offers each client a professional, congenial and seamless experience.
Since 1991, interior designer, Will Tanner has master-planned and designed it all. The Virginia native holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia as well as a graduate degree from the University of Maryland.
His fundamental public relations career in New York City subsequently led him on the path to become a White House liaison for the Clinton administration, and from 1993 to 2001 he traveled extensively with them throughout the US and abroad.
After moving to Maine in 2001, Will founded Will Tanner Interiors. He now works with discerning clients from coast to coast and, of course, Maine.
